In Autumn 2021 we saw the completion of a modern, new office building in the Kokkola Industrial Park. The new building is an extension to the protected building, designed by architect Aarne Ervi (1910-1977), in the heart of the southern part of the industrial area.

About KIP Infra
We rent out plots and facilities in the Southern Industrial Area of Kokkola and, if necessary, we can build the facilities that our customers need.
We own 19 buildings in the industrial area, which we rent out and develop. The building stock consists of various types of facilities supporting industrial service operations, suitable for office use, commercial spaces, storage, social areas, restaurant operations, as well as maintenance and repair facilities. The total area of the buildings is approximately 40,000 m².
We also construct new facilities and renovate existing ones to meet the needs of current and future operators in the area. During the planning phase, the customer can specify their functional requirements and desired facility features, based on which we handle the design management. In the implementation phase, we build the facilities, which are then rented to the customer upon completion. Representatives from the customer participate in both the design and construction site meetings, allowing them to influence the solutions made at various stages of the project.
In addition, we own and rent out three office properties: Kokkola iPark, Yritystalo Evaldi, and Kokkola Port Tower, as well as an industrial property, Kälviän Yritystilat. The total area of these buildings is approximately 18,000 m².
